Field Sales Associate
Grand Island - Nebraska
The Field Sales Associate will interact with customers concerning the sales of electric industrial motor products and services. The role will work within an assigned territory visiting client locations in their daily activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct sales activities within a designated local territory.
Perform sales reporting using CRM systems to track performance and customer engagement.
Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by Malloy, including product knowledge, safety protocols, and sales techniques.
Engage actively with potential customers to develop new leads and manage existing relationships.
Work with Regional Sales Manager to help grow territory, accounts and skillset.
Abide by all safety/environmental rules and regulations of Malloy and customers.
Perform other functions as necessary.
Skills / Qualifications
Competitive, driven, self-motivated and outgoing personality.
Willingness to travel extensively within the local area with possible overnight in designated territory a day a week.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic proficiency in CRM, data management tools and Microsoft products.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
