Motor Inside Sales Representative

Malloy Electric is a rapidly growing company in the business of sales and service of electric controls, electrical motors/drives, and power transmission products.

Inside Sales representatives have an intricate role in our company, working with all departments within our organization to manage the day-to-day business of our customer accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily sales activities quoting projects, working with product specialists and front counter sales.

  • Perform sales reporting using CRM systems to track performance and customer engagement.

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by Malloy, including product knowledge, safety protocols, and sales techniques.

  • Engage actively with customers to manage existing relationships.

  • Work with the Field Sales team and Sales Manager to provide technical support and solutions.

  • Abide by all safety/environmental rules and regulations of Malloy and customers.

  • Perform other functions as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude or related experience.

  • Basic proficiency in CRM, data management tools and Microsoft products.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills and customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
