About the Job
Inspect and test electric motors, generators, and other equipment to diagnose issues
Disassemble electric motors and replace or repair defective parts such as bearings, brushes, and coils
Reassemble, measure, and test motor performance to meet specifications and quality
Maintain repair records and documents of work performed
Perform other responsibilities as necessary
Skills / Qualifications
Previous technical experience is preferred, and mechanical aptitude is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Good communication skills
Own basic hand tools, operating forklifts and overhead cranes is required
Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and subject to quarterly screening
